The month long Badminton Camp organized by Panjim Badminton Club in association with Sports Authority of Goa concluded on Friday 28th May at the Indoor Stadium, Campal Panaji. Chief Guest Mr. Mahesh Naik, Asst Secretary Sports Authority of Goa, distributing certificates and other prizes to Camp participants in the presence of GBA Secretary Mr. Narahar Thakur, PBC office bearers Hilary Fernandes, Rajaram Kundaikar, Deepak Mayenkar, Candido Dias , Krushnan Naik and others.
Promising Player Prizes were awarded to Ratiksha Shirodkar, Nicole Fernandes, Roan Fernandes, Nisha Boetelho, Neil Boetelho, Gursimran Singh, Mayur Prabhu, Neil Braganza, Simran Dhond, Agusta Dias, Kurt Cordeiro and Namrata Makwana while Chaitanya Veluskar, Ronaldo Dias and Rae Jaffer were awarded “Outstanding Players” of the Camp prizes. The Camp was conducted by State Badminton Player Navaneet Nasnodkar who was assisted by Sunny Sawant. Earlier, PBC President Sarfraz Sheikh delivered the welcome address while Secretary Sandeep Heble later proposed the Vote of Thanks.
