I guess Digu knows how to fool 'all Goans all the time'! Every time GBA submits the memorandum. Mr. Digu makes a promise, just as parents make one to their children to divert their mind. Are we so naive to believe him to keep the promise? CM is best know to keep things under carpet. He will keep RP 2021 in limbo until 2012. Now, we are promised 'Flying Squads' without wings and we accept them to fly to our rescue? But why we go and bang our head to a headless. The slogan of this Government - 'With an ear to the ground' understanding realtor, hotelier and miners lobby better. Motto 'to be served and not to serve'. Why we need Pachayat bodies if all decisions are taken by the Ministers. It high time we work to strengthen the wards and villages. I exclude Towns as we have already lost them to the migrants.
