Dear Editor,
Herald.

I shall want to comment on the above two news items as under which pray please publish:

Item One:

Praxy Fernandes, in his column 'Opinionated' has written a devastating 'Open Letter' to Goa's Chief Minister' full of angry tears, fears and hands-ups. Not to be pessimistic, I feel that Digu-bab along with his 39 cronies will have a good swim in the lake produced by Parxy's tears. Even if they get stung by those angry tears, this breed is never going to let go of a good chance to get themselves a good swim at somebody else's cost.

We Goans, so far, have been kneeling-down in prayers - in the bargain growing roots on our knees which roots keep us rooted to the ground permanently. So much less worry for the 40 Alibabas, dispensing the need for them to look over their shoulders for potential tackle. And they never want us to stop crying which helps them to enjoy their swim in the lakes we create.

But no. I refuse to either kneel down to pray that Goa be saved or cry tears of frustration. I am on my feet, ready to lead the charge, provided I have the required dedicated army of men women, young and old who have hearts of lions piling up behind me helping in pushing the charge forward.

With goasuraj in the lead, and with PPS multitude behind to push, there is no chance that these 40 Alibabas can survive.

What say Praxy? Hold your tears and don't fly away. Goa needs you even if you are a 'chicken' now, which status you can change to the one of being a Lion with the PPS sticker stuck on your chest. Enough of writing. Goans will become feeble and old reading the sorry accounts, one better than the other. What we need is some action, a lot of it and pronto. Only requirement is for Goans to stand up and be counted and not wait for someone else to do that for them. Fear is that if they do not come forward, the East Indian buggers will, if not migrants.

Item Two:

Page 12 is the NGZP/Tender-1.2010-11/85 which has 85 tendered works listed. Total amounting to almost Rupees 2 crores at Rs. 1,98,31,665=00 Of these 85 works some 24 works are for religious purposes only such as for temples, chapels, crosses etc. amounting to Rs. 89,80,945=00. The percentage for religious (read vote bank politics) purposes is 45% out of the total.

The North Zilla-wallas are made happy so that they remain quiet for some time. Taking 10% off the 1.98 cr leaves Rs. almost 20 lacs for their pockets, which is not bad. Therefore the government has nothing to worry from NGZP for the next 6 months or more.

If Goa applies the 'Poltodcho Munis' formula of Shetgaonkar to the budget spending of the government of Goa, Rs. 89,80,945=00 would be saved which in turn could be utilized of other worth while things rather than painting and renovating religious places of worships.

It is no wonder that the Goa Government was against Shetgaonkar and his 'Poltodcho Munis' in the first place. If Shetgaonkar is going to wean people away from building temples, churches , chapels, gumptis and crosses, he is certainly going to be the persona non grata as far as the Goa government is concerned. By feeding religions and religious activities, politicians fill their pockets which otherwise would remain empty.

I hereby withdraw the call for the boycott of 'Paltadacho Munis' so that more Goans may go and see the "POLTODCHO MUNIS" and stay away from building temples (on the immaculate green hills and pollute the entire forest environment as well as the intrinsic environment surrounding the soul of a person) with ill gotten gains, glitter and from cheating and robbed proceeds, which deeds no GOD likes, I presume.

Needless to say that goasuraj has already made an application to Shetgaonkar for the patent rights for his 'Shetgaonkar Formula' . Dear Goa-ji, Be rest assured that this formula is going to be slapped harder than any other formulas ever before.
The only question is ?when?

Cheers

It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizens contest elections.
It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizen voters elect good, honest representatives.
GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined, or to QUIT.

Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance' be identified and accepted.

PPS GOA =PEOPLE for POLITICAL SANITY = PEOPLE'S POWER SYSTEM
for a date in 2012

Display the 'PPS' sticker on your vehicle today, to reject political madness tomorrow.
