There are scores of court battles to be fought against ravenous politicians, avaricious businessmen, greedy administrators and big money corporates ? but where is the organization to fight them? Poor Seby Rodrigues is fighting a lone battle with the mining Czars. On a different note if the government cannot give us decent roads, regular power and water supply and meaningful education, it is a matter for action -- for Goans and NRIs jointly under Goa Protectors Will the well meaning overseas guys and local residents come under the umbrella of one organization, whatever the name, and do something concrete before we are left with nothing but regrets for losing everything we could have easily saved"? If I have read most of the so called "endless dictates" of Arwin, Manuel and yours humbly, right, all of them more or less give the same message, so is it just because these messages come from "fu****g overseas Goans" are they irritable ? Or do you have any complexity or allergy or vendetta against the three you mentioned ? Or why should you get irritated with the same message that we give out ? As for Seby fighting a lone battle, probably you have not seen the people who support Seby, you should make it a point to go to one of Seby's rallies, no doubt he is leading the movement, no doubt he is being targeted, and that's because of his able leadership, that's the common strategy, that is used, target the leader and disperse the supporters but I have seen the support that Seby generates on and outside this forum. With reference to the following statement of yours: "The problem is that there are so many overseas people telling us about what is wrong with Goa as if we resident Goans didn't know that. What Goa needs is doers ? man of action." I hope you have not got the exclusive rights to tell Goans what is wrong with Goa and what should be done about it. Sometime time back you were in the Gulf too but now you are no more a Fu****g overseas Goan, and are in Goa at present and I am sure you must be directing a lot action at ground zero, a doer in your own words, I never hesitate to salute a prospective doer, my best wishes are with you, but by the way, during the CRZ demolitions did you manage to gather any support to fight against and stop the demolitions ? I remember reading your articles on that issue and was told that there was no action at all, mon ami, it is very easy to give dictates but difficult to practice what you preach. Three cheers to the only overseas return doer !!!
