Dear Floriano, Thanks for your comments on my post. I am in total agreement that without a true system of Governance, no material change can be effected in Goa. I am Glad that at least some Goans have woken up and are working towards this end in the form of the Goa Su-Raj Party and the PPS movement. I would however like your opinion on how successful these organizations will be in shaping the future of Goa.and how diverse they are. There must be action at the grass roots in every region of Goa for there to be a light at the end of the tunnel. As I have continually been harping upon, we need to revitalize the electorate and motivate and educate them into what lies ahead if there is no change in the system of Governance and accountability. There has to be transparency in all fields of public service in order for there to be any significant change.
