The first thing the Mumbai Goans need to do is learn some basic Portuguese!
"Viva la Portugal" is
not Portuguese. It is about time goans that like to bring a touch of latin
flavour into their conversations or names of dwellings, restaurants etc,
learn the difference between Spanish and Portuguese. The word La is
Spanish, unless you mean "there" in Portuguese. When it comes to cheering
the Portuguese would just say VIVA PORTUGAL.
