-----Original Message----- From: George Pinto Eddie, ... You believe 100% of these foreign real estate transactions are legal or at least as far as you know. I believe the number is less than 100%. ------------------------------------ RESPONSE:
George, For the nth + 1 time I need to explain to you some simple facts of life. I will put this in a simple Q & A format in an attempt to isolate your comprehension problem. 1. I have stated that there are more than 400 cases being investigated and my understanding is that they cover a wide spectrum of circumstances. Do you understand the meaning of "wide spectrum of circumstances"? 2. You insist that I give figures for the number of these that are legal. a. Why do you want to know? b. Are you able to comprehend that no person can conceivably provide the answer until the cases have been resolved? 3. Are YOU able to provide the figure or percentage of the number of illegal cases? 4. A fundamental feature of law, logic and rationality is that everyone is innocent unless proved guilty. Hence my contention that all the 400+ cases up for investigation must be presumed innocent. OK Mr George "Charity" Pinto? 5. Previously you wrote: "in many cases some builders refuse to sell to Goans..." I am still waiting for the answer to my question: How many is some? Can you name and shame many? Or some? Or many of some? Eddie Fernandes
