Qatari royal aide deleted emails on Prince Charles's Chelsea barracks role, court hears
....................The allegation that email evidence relating to the prince's involvement in the withdrawal of the planning application for the barracks redevelopment adds up to a suggestion that Qatari Diar "perverted the course of justice", said Joe Smouha QC, defending Qatari Diar against the allegations. He said that the emails sent by Ward would have been available because they would have been held on their recipients' servers even if he had deleted them.
