It looks like even UK Goans cannot with without out tainted & corrupt politician. Or is he being invited to open Konkani School for English folks? Goans are so thick skin that they don't mind inviting its Alma mater (Alemao's) from Goa;s corruption college (Goa Assembly) to be their guest, be it Mickey Mouse or Monster Rat or Curtorim Sardines.
