Is Marlon suggesting that unless all expatriate Goans move back to Goa, they are not patriots? Or does this only refer to Arwin? If the former is the case, then he is sadly mistaken. One can be a patriot without being in Goa. One has only to be Goan enough to have patriotic feelings and aspirations towards Goa. I am a Goan and a patriot because I hold Goa near and dear to my heart. My return or not to Goa has no effect on my Patriotism. Regards...... Manuel (Eddie) Tavares.
