re: FACTS and other matters. * Preface:
I have been reading Wilson Coelho's rather poorly (English) drafted Facts report which I plan to "examine" sometime soon. In the mean while, as this alleged REPORT has arrived in my inBox, my 'accomplice'-ment will be achieved by posting a few points which intrigued me (personally). Thereafter, I shall 'file' the said report under 'Goan ghuspott', 'bhel-puri, jumbalaya, or just Reports in Bad English. * That will give enough time, I trust, for one or more of the following to occur: 1: For the President to get some help in rewriting this report in half-decent English (at least). (It is OK for ordinary netters like me who write off the cuff, to make mistakes. Reports written on behalf of an organization are obviously crafted, drafted, proofed and reproofed (esp) to ascertain if there is any contradictions in this report from previous reports or advertisement). 2: For those who have been accused of wrong doing, to come-out and either accept the charges, or set the record straight from their point of view. I am sure, most who read this will agree that WHILE there are many versions of the 'truth'. persistent silence points to one conclusion i.e. There is some mirsangh in the pez. Once again, Suresh, Gaspar, Carmo et al ....Silence is your option to exercise, but an unwise option IMHO. While Admin Noronha and Sirpaunch Soter are discussing the topic of 'corruption' among Goans, I intend to be 'Low-Risk member of the 'Jewry' who has been subjected to this matter without my consent (or something really smart like that), and ask the following questions. (Dontucch worry, I will seek the services of one High-Risk Advogado or another in Goem). I absolute disagree that a Bhaillo in Q8 can demand that 'no outsider has a right to question GWS on this matter'. * The questions, in Random Order [A] : wrt "As per the law in force in Kuwait, no Associations can be registered". Is the President absolutely sure that the GWS is NOT registered in Kuwait? [B] Is it legal in India to hold Society funds in the name of Individuals, albeit and especially, to avoid taxation ...... esp IF the GWS might be registered with what may be considered 'Indian property'? [C] The follow up to [B] is the question of Audited accounts, a question which has been asked before. [D] Does Gaspar Almeida live in a super-gated community far away from the President, that important documents could not be picked up from him for several years? * The English I could not understand: "Suresh Naik ......demanded commission for a deal while negation on the purchase of land in Goa to build an NRI City which was against the very principles of GWS". * Disclosure: Gaspar Almeida is one of my best friends. I have known Mario Rebello and Suresh Naik from my Panjim days. jc == 2010/7/2 Wilson Coelho <[email protected]> LET THE FACTS BE KNOWN:-
