FN -Mumbai is a city in Mahrashtra. -Goa is a State. -Argument sake only yes perhaps Mumbai' s Maharastrian Identity might be affected but not Maharashtrian Identity in BIG Maharashtria. Is this the same for the state of GOA? -Decide wht u want to compare i.e. City with State or State with State; and we can take it from there. Arwin
