Is Micky in police custody or is he in prison? Is there a distinction between
being sent to prison and being in custody? Is'nt there something called
judicial custody as long as the trial is on?
If Micky on mere suspicion has been assumed to be in prison, where will he go
after conviction? In conviction is'nt there a term simple imprisonment and
rigorous imprisonment? Which type of imprisonment is Micky subjected to now?
Very easy for people who have never ended being unjustly picked up by police
for political intimidation or revenge to glorify what is happening.
