More in: - Goa News <http://www.navhindtimes.in/category/stories/news/goa-news> PANAJI: The Speaker, Mr Pratapsing Rane has directed the staff of the legislature secretariat to serve fresh summons on Francisco Xavier Pacheco alias Mickky, the beleaguered former tourism minister now in police custody at Calangute police station, to remain present for the assembly session beginning on Monday next. Mr Rane also told the legislature secretariat staff that, if necessary, the Criminal Investigation Department should be told to ensure that Pacheco be allowed to attend the House proceedings while the assembly session was on.
