In Rome , do as Romans do! In these days of terrorists and required security identification, seeing only the eyes of a person in not permitted uniform/dress is OK?; and not stretching liberty to ridiculous heights? Permits all sorts of anonymous irregularities/fraudulent clandestine behaviour in public! Nothing religious about it either. Similarly, I want to go nude in public,it is my right and all others are prudes attitude is ridiculous in my humble opinion.
