Greetings!
GOA Retirees and friends are putting together a nostalgic memoir of all home
remedies/therapies our mothers’ used for minor ailments. Many of you will
remember the awful, perhaps sometimes even nasty, tasting concoctions we were
forced to swallow or inhale or wear on our bodies to cure our ailments.

Let’s make it fun and something we can hand over to our
children/grand-children.

Depending on demand, we will print copies and make them available in a book
format for a minimal fee (printing costs). Perhaps our collective contributions
will make the New York’s best selling list!.
