Thanks for your web links. Once again these stories inform us that legislating 
dress code is not a measure to convert.  Whatever the political reasons the 
govt seeks to enforce conformity, converting people from one religion to 
another 
is not the objective nor achievable. Unless of course a Goan professor makes 
such claims and others parrot it, again and again, which like so many other 
opinions of yester-year that masquerade as facts.
