I, on the other hand, have never thought of Frederick Noronha as
a "fanatic" or an "extremist."  The words than come to mind when
one thinks of Admin Noronha are, weasel, liar, gossip, hypocrite,
and above all, high mediocre.  Mind you, I have nothing personal 
against Admin Noronha (to borrow a recent phrase from Aires).
