In cooperation with Mel D'Souza, the author of the book Feasts, Feni and
Firecrackers, the BoD are having a book sale..
This book covers stories that are about Mel's schooldays in Saligao in the late
40's and early 50's, when Goa was Portuguese territory, they will resonate with
Goans from any other village in Goa.
