Mr Faleiro, whatever effort you did in publishing the result of your 
trips abroad is well described by the meeting in California with the 
Consular Heads.My experience with the Lisbon Embassy staff  is no 
better.The clerk said that he "had no time to give details on the issue 
of PIO because there were more people in the queue, I should forward the 
same questions to the Min. of External Affairs of India".If so, why do 
we need prominent politicians to represent us?
