I think it was soon after the 1961 makeover.  Braganza learned his 
ropes editing 
the Goan Tribune out of Bombay for five years, until then.  The Tribune 
plotters 
included my father, my home a site of their brains-trust. The venture was 
funded 
by Delhi, and the bi-weekly was distributed abroad to counter the Salazar 
claims 
pushed by his machine.
   D'Souza's Nairobi based Goan Voice was funded by Portugal.
