To Goanet - I have been off Goanet the past few weeks and did not know of the ongoing stunt by Dr. Oscar Rebello, the disgraced ex-convenor of the disgraced Goa Bachao Abhiyan (GBA) until someone alerted me via email yesterday.
Now Oscar stages another tiatr of "resigning" from the GBA. The amusing thing is, both GBA and this pettifogger have been totally irrelevant for a long time now, so this shtick is calculated only to insert himself once again into the limelight. He obviously takes the Goan people to be fools (many of them may well be, if they are again taken in by these shenanigans). I see that the usual suspects have rushed to his defense. For instance, the Malayalee fellow who allegedly spends a great deal of his waking moments in dunken stupor. How about Datta Damodar Naik, has he ejaculated sweet tripe in favour of Rebello yet? If not why not, Mr Self-Imagined Thinker-Builder? What about nanny Selma Carvalho, of the "generation of Hindus are being trained to hate Catholics" fame? And surely Admin Frederick Noronha must have dropped supportive turd pellets of his own? Rebello and GBA have both done immense harm to the Goan cause.
