I am wondering what happens to the unused cages when people get a new cage. Can the stray dogs in Goa be housed in the unused cages, thereby lowering their menace while at the same time they do not get killed. Can each religious community look after and feed the stray dogs in their former religious cages? But no dog conversions please, otherwise they will have communal tensions and claim to be more equal than dogs in other cages.
