Once again Congratulations on the celebrations of the 10th anniversary
of World Goa Day (WGD) this month.
It is amazing what one can do if you are determined and have a strong
desire to make a positive difference.
Starting with a humble thought and with zero budget you sowed the seeds
of celebrating our Goan heritage wherever we may be on this beautiful
planet via WGD celebrations.
Today WGD is celebrated in every continent and this was purely though
your email diplomacy. Sydney is celebrating its 5th WGD next weekend.
Since I first introduced WGD , 5 years ago the event has been a popular
social event of the G.O.A NSW Inc. which has been attended by record
crowds - Goans who have migrated from all parts of world feel truly
proud to be Goans and join together to celebrate in a true Goan spirit.
I wish you well and good health. You truly deserve a Gold medal .
I take this opportunity to wish my fellow Goans a great time at the WGD
celebrations wherever you may be.
