Yes we do have an issue with tar balls and some oil spill affecting some of the beaches in S. Goa, but by no stretch of imagination is it a part of a terrorist plot. At the rate London has had blasts in the past, I would recon it would be more dangerous than Goa ! As you are well aware terrorists strike not only to damage but to capture the headlines. We hear such alerts every year during the year end and New Year’s festivities. The beaches in N.
