Hi Bennet Paes There is no such thing as Goan nationality , as Goa is not a nation. Goa is one of the smallest states in India. It does not matter where you live and what passport you hold. A goan will know in its bones and heart if it is a goan or not......
The bottom line for me is, do you relate to what is happening in Goa? Do you care about what is happening in Goa? Are you prepared to stick your neck out and get out of your comfort zone and at least attempt to improve things in Goa? Carmen Miranda
