Dear Joegoauk,
I am a living specimen after my cardiac arrest a year or so ago.
If it was not for my nephew who miraculously stepped into his house from
Mumbai, who hearing screams from my wife and daughter-in-law, jumped over
the fence and did some punching bag practice on my chest, I would be in
that box below and history already and probably wholesomely forgotten by
now.
Do read Con Menezes' valuable posts on this forum. Gives one a lot of
insight into health matters and how pharmaceutical companies in connivance
with FDA manufacture life saving drugs that makes them rich but kill people
left right and center even at young ages as you have mentioned.

and you will never bother about your cholesterol being high or above 300,
which would send any doctor examining you into a frenzy of killing you
subsequently by interfering with it.
As for me, I have started putting on weight as I am eating everythig
including dark chocolate like I never ate before, having been damned
cholesterol concious.
I have decided that if I have to die, let me die with eating lots of fats,
[excluding hydrogenated oils or anything hydrogenated because it is the
modern German concentration camp] which we deny to our body because of
cholesterol and damage it. Fats are required for a normal functioning of the
body.
Well I am certainly not a salesperson or something.
It is just my foolish views on healthy life and killer drugs which go by as
medicine.
