Goanet mourns the passing of Cornel da Costa in London, England - Sep 10/10

My heart felt condolences go out to Dr. Da Costa's family.
Though we did not know each other personally, we had some interaction via
email. He had once written to me of wanting to write a reflective article
on How Konkani was Beaten Out of Us in Goan schools and communities in
Kenya
I do wish that he will rest in eternal peace.
