Dear Rajendra,
Thanks for your post. I am pleased to learn that efforts to mobilize the people
have begun. This should be encouraged and boosted at all levels especially in
the villages where every effort must be made to get people to register to vote
and ensure that they turn up to vote on election day. Hopefully by our efforts,
we can achieve a measure of success in our endeavour to make Goa a better place
for all Goans.
