Interesting how faced with one of the biggest crisis in Goa which in my view
is CORRUPTION, there has been such poor reaction to the call for action in
this forum ? the reaction ( or lack of it) makes me think of the ostrich who
buries its head in the sand , and hopes the danger will go away all by
itself?.. Instead of getting a resounding YES! LET?S DO SOMETING! ? I
mostly got ?beating around the bush? responses and few jokes, except for a
couple of positives, which led into a discussion about electricity!

My Response:

Carmen, what you have said is another reality of Goa. We, Goans mince more
words than actions. Those who are outside Goa are helpless to partake as well
to sponsor/support those who are fighting battles in Goa. Goans aspire to lead
no to be lead just as is the case of our political establishment. Result
heartbreaks. Beating chest will not bring results but action will. I came
across something today
http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/profile.php?id=100001635726493 The unique
revolution of a different kind.

We still hope to have some revolution this 19 th Dec 2010. Liberation from
within.
