Help the migrants

I think every migrant should be given a ration card and an electoral photo
identity card especially if they are poor, sick or uneducated. Such people need
help. We need to reach out to them. The disadvantaged are the salt of the
earth,
the light of the world. We need to welcome them with open arms. The government
must help them and they will be duly rewarded in return.
