Anyway, let us today visit the High Court Complex at Altinho, Remember, this is the place where old Liceu situated One may have seen large staircases on Corte de Oiteiro Road near Church which were leading to Old Portuguese Liceu (pics also included below) After taking the Altinho Road, take U turn midway behind the Cross or infront of Portuguese Consulate pics of which recently featured here After about 1-2 minutes...
