Just one vernacular 'Marathi' newspaper the 'NAVPRABHA' has brought out
this breaking news.
It is well understood the wide blanket put on this news item in the other
newspapers.
"Vishvesh Parab of Valpoi , son of Ashok Parab has filed his nomination
form for the 19-Valpoi by-elections to be held on 18 October, 2010 as an
Independent Candidate".
This is to counter his father's nomination filed as a dummy for Vishwajeet
Rane.
Vishvesh Parab has declared that his father has been made to file the
nomination , sort of by force, to gain acceptability for Vishwajeet Rane
within the masses.
Vishvesh Parab has further declared that he is not going to withdraw his
nomination at any cost, and will go through the exercise confidently as the
masses at large are supporting his move one hundred per cent and since they
know the wheelings and dealings of Vishwajeet Rane vis a vis the
mis-management mess that he has created and the sycophancy created.
It must be remembered that Goa Su-Raj Party wanted to field Sebastian (Seby)
Rodrigues [the Goa Naxalite] and he had readily agreed. Talks were being
held with the groups supporting him on the anti-mining agenda. However, the
early poll declaration has left him and the supporting groups with no other
alternative but to abandon the exercise since the elections are called very
early and leaves no time for cobble-stitching much support. November end
was OK as according to them.
Hence, the Goa Su-Raj Party is adopting Vishvesh Parab as its candidate and
announces to the world of Valpoi that they should vote for him and no body
else.
Hopefully, Vishvesh will keep his promise and not withdraw at any cost and
when elected, he should not compromise on his anti-Vishwajeet -
anti-Congress - Anti-BJP stand . On this premise, the Goa Su-Raj Party
supports Vishvesh to the hilt and wishes him God-speed and God-support to
undo the devil who is VISHWAJEET RANE and the major devil which is the
CONGRESS PARTY.
The Goa Su-Raj Party also respects Vishvesh Parabs uttering's that he is not
supported by any political party and that he is on his own as an
independent. However, Goa Su-Raj Party wants to go on record to say that it
has NOT established any contact with Vishvesh Parab and is not likely to
do so in the near future. But in appreciation of his elegant move, the Party
is extending it's full support to him and exhorts all anti-mining groups,
Seby Rodrigues of goasuraj included to work for Vishvesh Parab's election
from the 19-Valpoi constituency, if they feel that he is as genuine as he
has himself made out to be.
