Dear Goans,
Herald of 28 September, 2010 carries the blast of the "ORDER OF MERITO FOR
GOA'S COUNT'O with Lambert Mascarenhas, the [failed] freedom fighter who
helped throw-out/drive away the Portuguese from Goa thrown in among many
inconsequential others.
These are the thoughts that invaded my mind on seeing this tamasha.
1. Who is this Count'o?
2. Why this Order of Merit?
3. How come Lambert Mascarenhas accepted this invite? With what face?
4. Why should the Portuguese who were thrown-out/driven away through in
utmost humiliation want to give an Order of Merit to a Goan P**P? - What are
Counto's contributions to Goa except for giving us the statue of an
international cheat at O'Coqueiro, being an a**e licking builder/real
estate agent and a hotelier??? Does he speak the Portuguese Language??
5. Why are the shameless Portuguese making a show in Goa?, for what?
6. India has always considered Goa as an integral part of India occupied by
the Portuguese for 450 years. Why then did India want to sign a TREATY WITH
PORTUGAL HANDING OVER GOA TO INDIA? Does one take a gift from a non-entity
something that belongs to you???
7.PORTUGAL considered Goa as an integral [overseas] part of Portugal. Why
then, did the Mario Soares, the p**p that he was, agree to sign a treaty
with India? Did he bother to ask Goans what they wanted? before signing that
damned treaty? Did he have any business, as a (new) democratic nation to
hand over as a gift Goa to India? without taking the people of Goa into
confidence? If at all he did ask, then who was it? Counto? Lambert? the
failed Freedom Fighter?
8. If Portugal had any self-respect, it would have handed over the reins of
Goa in the hands of Goans and gone to hell before being humiliatingly
thrown out. When that did not happen, atleast it should have asked Goans
what was their opinion before signing this treaty. Goans ( not Lambert and
Counto) would have put a precondition to that treaty that Goa should enjoy
'SPECIAL STATUS' if at all this Treaty was to be signed.
9. Konachea Mezailem Kellem kadun Saguad zodli Portuguesan?? ani kona
laguim? , now that they have limped back into Goa with their tails between
their legs???
10. Who was Indira Gandhi to authorize the Opinion Poll for Goa's Merger
with Maharashtra? She was not the daughter of the father who promised heaven
on earth to Goa and Goans just to justify his invasion and taking over Goa
from the Portuguese in a hurry because the Portuguese were about to
hand-over Goa to the Americans for their base? Should she not have tried to
understand what her father had promised Goan? Did she think that Goa's
bonafide B*****D Bandokkar and other b*****d non Goan had better interest of
Goa at heart??? Dr. Jack Sequeira should be declared the GOAN SAINT for
saving Goa from being merged into Maharashtra and Goans destroyed once and
for all. Will GOA SUDHAROP take this initiative and intercede with the
POPE?? Ibonio, are you listening?
11. Should GOANs, if they have any self-respect, ASK/BEG for this long
awaited SPECIAL STATUS or do themselves the favour and hand over the
SPECIAL STATUS to themselves by throwing out the CONGRESS from GOA????
12. When GOANS get the confidence of throwing out the Congress from Goa, if
at all, it should parcel the NCP and the BJP along with it and give it a
big kick. Only then Goa will be fit to have SPECIAL STATUS.

GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined,
or to QUIT.
Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance'
be identified and accepted.
