Are Goans ready to set aside they weekday

Reply: It is a mortal sin to even think of GBA or for that matter any eminent activist or organisation in Goa doing an instrospection. The problem with many NGOs and many activists is that they begin to play God, detest transparency and a code of conduct for themselves or associates, nor do they appreciate introspection and evaluation. That is Goa's problem and the main reason for public non-cooperation.
You may only get a rebuke like
"Better late than never!" or "You do it better if you can" as a rationalisation. It is no better than how our politicians behave, if you are not with me then you are against them. As some speakers speak, the actual reactions from the public can be more understood on the surrounding footpaths. It is more like the saying in the new testament, "Pull out the log from your own eye before you remove the spec from anothers eye." People have responded to calls in the past but only to be exploited again and agian by vested interests. People hire their own buses and come to Panjim all the way from distant places while 20,000 got claimed by some activiast as cost of transportation. Issues may be very very genuine, I repeat very genuine, but motives of some of those appearing in public to tackle them are questionable.
