RESPONSE: Jim had definitely cast his bait.                  If Jim was in Goa 
to hear how politicians in Goa talk, he would have been wiser. They always make 
public speeches trying to convince the people that they are not corrupt. 
They tell you to watch the adversary, the way they openly fool the public and 
get away with it. And all the time stressing that they are not alike, and that 
they are clean.                              This sort of phrasing 
communication in psychology is what you can state in layman terms “itching of 
consciousness”.
