Subject: Municipal Elections responsibility I request Goans in Goa to exercise their election responsibility for the Goa Municipal elections (31st Oct 2010). Many Goans who do not prefer to vote, must realise that by doing so, they help the vote-banks and corrupt supporters of the in-competent MLA's, to gain the upper hand in the final realised votes.With all the Good Goans voting, combined effort of the Anti-Goans could be neutralised and they could possibly even be defeated!!
