Who owns this Chapel behind Hotel Mondovi? When asked if this Chapel opens once a month or a year I am told (by a nearby security guy) that Church procession, probably on Good Friday or Passion Sunday make a brief halt here and that’s when the chapel remains open. All other times it is a rubbish dumping place, car parking zone. Water tanker/ pipe also seen. Electricity transformer? also seen Installed very close to the chapel wall.
The external roof/ceiling in a dilapidated condition and could come down anytime from now. Front metal gate remains locked so do the main chapel door, Can’t even make out who the chapel is dedicated to Whether Sant Khuris, Sant Sebastiao or Sant Anton Don’t know who owns it, where CCP or the Panjim Church or Hotel Mandovi. It is attached to the Hotel though!
