In response to my post on the above 'subject line' Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão who, like a few other folks on GoaNet, has a problem with <jc> and Santosh Helekar wrote the following in quite a bizarre format. (One other Goanetter formats just as badly.)
[1] This is typical of <jc>. He will never argue to the point. [2] If at all <jc> had orientation, he should have attacked the Government at that time that the GMC was not being maintained up to medical standards. He should have brought the Health Ministry to fall in line with rules and regulations. [3] Secondly, writing on Inquisition, etc., etc., has nothing to do with correcting bad governance. [4] But what Claude, being a Manglorean has done to prevent destruction of Goa is known to all SENSIBLE people. It is in Black and White in the records of the High Court at Panjim. == jc's response: I understand that English is a difficult language. What is it I wrote about Claude being Mangalorean - and how does it relate to what Falcao has written. Hasn't Churchill done many good deeds for 'his people'. So? I am however interest in Falcao's points 1 and 2. He wishes me to discuss - So hear go my questions which surely Falcao will 'discuss': a: Would Falcao please advise me of the "rules and regulations" (and where I would find them ) he is referring to. b: Is Falcao stating that GMC (where he might say that he was not taught Ethics) was Clean, Green and Pristine when he was a medical student ? c: If not, did Falcao 'attack the Government' and did he bring "the Health Ministry to fall in line with rules and regulations"? Or ....was he more interested in assisting the "bar owners" in their capitalist goal. jc _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ _/ _/ tambdimati: the Goa review is a community blog of original _/ art, writing, music, news and commentary from and about the _/ smallest state in the subcontinent. check out the newest _/ member of the Goanet family daily at _/ http://www.tambdimati.com. _/ _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/
