Dear Q.G.A. Members,
It is with deepest sadness that we would like to inform you that Dominic
Serrao Father of Annette Rodriguez (Noel) passed away in his sleep a few
hours ago in Bombay.
On behalf of the Quebec Goan Association, We send our deepest
condolences to Annette and Noel Rodriguez and their families and we ask
that you pray for them during this difficult time.
