The residue of the crushed cashew fruit is an ideal feed for the pigs. I am told, but not sure if it's true, that pigs living on cashew fruits have less fats under their skins and more meat, in our place it is called "sutamchem mas", where as pigs living on coconut goddo mostly have thick layers of fats under their skins which is called "chorbechem mas". The use of machine will definitely save time and labour, but as you say there will be no "neero". The place where the fruits are crushed, some call it "pee" some call it "kondbi" and no, it does not require a license. "Colxo" (18 - 750 ml bottles) is a whole sale unit of liquor (local cashew and Coconut) in Goa.
