Dear Oscar,
It was wonderful to have two of our 'Goan' Councillors (other being
Bruno Gomes) speak at the Convention .I think more than anyone, you guys
made a bigger difference to this convention.
Bruno Gome's presentation on Panchayat Raj and the Swiss comune system
was thought provoking.
Wish someone could publish congressman Luizinho Faleiro's speech too.

Here is the extract of the speech I delivered in Q8 as an invited guest
to the forum that took place on 16/17 November 2010.
