To Goanet - Kangress fanboys on Goanet were promising us great things upon UPA's ascent to power. This was laughably absurd on the face of it. Here you had a party that had controlled India for much of its post-Independence period, that had willfully kept millions of Indians mired in poverty, that had written the definitive treatise on sycophancy and corruption - and now the fanboys were telling us of the magic the great 'Mr Clean' Singh and his Lady Sonia were about to unleash on India. The invertebrate Mr Clean has now turned out to be in need of a vigorous Nirma scrub. He is also the ultimate Mr Incompetent. And the semi-literate white Italian is lecturing Indians on their moral depravity! Ha ha ha. It is hilarious that Indians have let themselves be ruled by a Family full of drop-outs (Jawahar excluded).
Meanwhile, it comes out in the open now what some of us knew long ago - that the mainstream Indian media is in bed with Mr Clean and the Italian madam. I misspoke yesterday - Burqa already has the Padma Bhushan, I think. Perhaps Madam will now pin the Bharat Ratna on her pallu. There is NO counterpoint to the rulers right now in the India media except for the right-leaning commentators (Admin Noronha will smell saffron here - which is a good thing, because the litmus test right now is, if Admin Noronha disapproves of someone or something, that someone or something must be honest and morally exalted).
