Not surprised, to read Sotor writing on Thu, 25 Nov 2010: These tamashas are just the case of the kettle calling the pot black. Looks like this is all a well planned game between treasury and opposition benches to avoid time for debate on crucial unpopular Bills that are pending. They will get them passed hurriedly. Opposition will then cry foul just to show the public that they were helpless. Treasury benches will claim that the opposition is to blame for wasting time of the House. That is how Shri Pratap Singh Rane and his family continued in prime posts even during BJP rule in Goa. This is all like a Pepsi and Coke fight to fool the consumer. The contents are same but labels are different. Guys like UG Barad need not tell us what is what in politics..'
My response: Sotor, this time, at first glance, it might look right in using my name in the second last line of your posting! For, if I teach you politics, it will be like student teaching his teacher! By now, every Goan has grasped the art of plying politics taught by you - an art of firing different political bullets by being in different NGOs at different times. May be, considering that I am your student; you must have taken my name in the second last line as (if) I am the only one who wrote on above subject! OR SotorSIR, are you afraid to take names of other members of Goanet including Marshall Mendonza who initiated the above thread linking corruption as though its Kangress v/s NDA fight - as if, you made 1 crore, so now its my turn to make 10 crores scam - let's see what you can do type of fight in which might wins! OR SotorSIR, are you a student of Marshall Mendonza? But by this attitude of yours, I learnt yet another new politics from you - forget the message, shoot the ostracized messenger! But, SotorSIR, this is the oldest & usual trick of majority Goanet members. SotorSIR, in your above posting you wrote 'That is how Shri Pratap Singh Rane and his family continued in prime posts even during BJP rule in Goa' This line is a mismatch in the context you are writing and only shows your frustration of not giving you any positions during BJP rule in Goa despite joining that party! OR may be it's yet another political style of writing - kill two birds with one shoot - no matter which bird dies! SIRji, this line, used by you, simply implies that Rane families are intelligent politicians than you and you admit it! So, will you not start listening to what is what in politics from Rane family? Over all, it does give a feeling that these days you are just doing this - learning politics from Rane family. Sotor, I wish you all the very best in your new Avatar!! U. G. Barad
