Recently, Gujarat government won United Nations service award 2010 for 'Improving Transparency, Accountability & Responsiveness in Public Service Category' for their State-Wide Attention on Grievances with Application of Technology (SWAGAT).
In contrast, no application technologies installed by Digu government in Goa is functioning!
