I agree with Fr Ivo when he says: "Let us not judge them with our modern eyes... They saw things in a different light."
However, when people today imply that there was nothing wrong about those actions, there is a problem. At the same time, it is necessary to remember those incidents, so that the present generation recognise the suffering of our ancestors.
