Cool! So what beef do we have about the environmental impact about the resource-gobbling, garbage-generating luxury hotels along the coast?
On an even more serious note, the problems that Goa suffers from -- in terms of information gaps, a dysfunctional transport system (including to the airport), and overall badly organised systems -- is obviously extracting a huge price.
