Frederick, I appreciate your concerns/facts about 'balance of power'. But this is about sporting prowess, and balance of sports/ soccer power; and Qatar has only got one soccer team and presntly 'no infrastructure at all'.
I think this calls for Universal high level Judicial Enquiry into the whole FIFA process of selection etc. Only then will the truth be known.
