(There are other varieties too like Rawa doce, Qunvallea dos etc) On the SFX feast day, we had a ladin (Litany) at home. We planned to give two items dos and chicken roll Usually,dos is done locally, a lady charges Rs.450/kg (1 kg of grams). But we had to get it from Panjim this time as the lady was busy with the feast etc. At Panjim there are different rates Top 4 shops I enquired, I got quote for Rs. 200, 200, 160 & 140. But the size are too small like bite size At one place, we were told if placed order , the sizes can be tailor made. We ordered 2kgs double sizes, hoping we will get more than 50 pcs (khajim = Rhombus or diamond shape) But 2 kg gave us only 42 (luckily, total number of who turned up was 38, we had one spare packet though..)
