The concrete ugliness merits no further comment. But look at the foreground river cruise boats about to embark on another crude and noisy sortie. What kind of uncouth people are these Indians who would come to a place like this and instead of enjoying the riverine scene in quietude, engage in the worst possible display of public boorishness? And what kind of coarse people are the Goan owners of these boats that facilitate the Indian louts? r
